Terms of Service
LAST UPDATED 23 August 2026
The service
OUTRANKED (outr.instantindexnow.com) is run by InstantIndexNow. It is a public leaderboard of websites. Submitting an entry gives you a random starting score between 1 and 50. After that you can buy points to climb, or buy points to knock someone else down. Your score is your rank.
Pricing
- $1 = 1 point. Prices are in USD and charged as shown.
- Every purchase is one-off. No subscriptions, no recurring charges.
- Passing someone costs their score minus your score, plus one.
- Knocking points off someone costs $1 per point, $5 minimum.
- Getting on the ladder is free.
Payments go through Dodo Payments as merchant of record. We never see your card details.
Payments are final
All purchases are final. Your rank is not guaranteed for any length of time and can be taken the moment after you buy it. See Refunds for the exceptions.
What you may submit
Only submit a site you own or are allowed to promote. Do not submit malware, phishing, anything illegal, sexual content, anything harmful to minors, anything that rips off someone else's work, or anything pretending to be a person or business you are not.
One entry per site. Handles and URLs are unique, and near-duplicates get rejected automatically.
Removal
We can remove any entry or refuse any submission, especially for the things listed above. Being removed for breaking these rules does not get you a refund on points you already bought. You can retire your own entry whenever you like — that is permanent, and it is not refundable either.
Your roll
Your starting score comes from a cryptographic random number generator, evenly across 1–50. It is tied to your site permanently. Retiring and rejoining with the same site — including a different spelling of the URL — gives you the same number back. Rolls cannot be re-rolled, bought, or appealed.
Links to other sites
Listed sites come from users. We do not check, endorse, or control them. Click at your own risk.
What we do not promise
The service is provided as is. We do not promise it will always be up, and we may change or stop it. We are not liable for lost rank, lost traffic, or anything else that follows from using it, beyond what you have paid us. Nothing here removes liability that cannot legally be removed.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed.
