All payments are final

Every purchase on OUTRANKED is final. Points are delivered the moment your payment clears and are applied to the ladder immediately. There is no cancellation window.

Getting passed is not a defect

OUTRANKED is a competitive ladder. Any position you buy can be taken by someone else at any moment — one second after you pay, or a week later. That is not a bug, an error, or a failure to deliver. It is the entire game.

You are buying points. Not a rank, and not time at a rank. The points arrive in full, instantly. Once your score moves you have had everything you paid for, and someone outspending you afterwards does not undo that.

Same with strikes. Paying to knock points off a rival lands that damage immediately. If they buy the points back a minute later, your purchase still did what it said.

What you are buying

• One-time purchases only. No subscriptions, no recurring charges, nothing to cancel.
• $1 = 1 point, always. The price on the button is the price you pay.
• Points apply as soon as the payment processor confirms the payment.

When we do refund

Three cases:

• You were charged twice for the same action.
• Your payment went through but the points never landed, and we cannot apply them.
• The law or our payment processor requires it.

Email contact@instantindexnow.com within 30 days with your receipt. Nothing here affects rights you have under consumer law where you live, or your right to dispute a charge with your bank.

Who takes the payment

Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, who act as merchant of record and are the seller on your receipt. Their terms apply alongside this page, and where the two disagree, theirs win.

Immediate delivery

When you check out you are asking for the points straight away, and you accept that this means giving up any cooling-off period that would otherwise apply to a digital purchase.
