Before you ask about a refund
Read Refunds first. Purchases are final, and getting passed after you buy is not a refund — that is how the ladder works. We do fix double charges and payments that never delivered their points.

Email us with the URL and why. Either it is yours and you want it gone, or it is stepping on something of yours.
