Privacy Policy

What we collect
- Your entry — handle, URL, and bio. All public, on purpose. That is the listing.
- Your email, when you buy something, so the payment processor can send a receipt.
- Game state — score, amount spent, damage taken, visit count. Public.
- Visit counts — when someone clicks through to a listed site we store a salted, truncated hash of their IP so the same person is not counted twice. The salt never leaves the server, so the stored value cannot be turned back into an IP address. We do not keep raw IPs for this.
- An ownership token in your browser's local storage, so we know an entry is yours. Not a tracking cookie.
What we do not do
- No ad trackers, no analytics pixels, no third-party cookies.
- We never see or store card details. Those go straight to the payment processor.
- We do not sell or rent your data.
Who else touches it
- Dodo Payments — payments and merchant of record. Gets your email and payment details under their own privacy policy.
- Cloudflare — hosting.
- Google Fonts — the page loads two fonts from Google, which sees your IP as part of that request.
How long we keep it
Entries stay until you retire them. Your starting roll is kept permanently even after you retire, because that is what stops people re-rolling for a better number. Visit hashes expire on a rolling basis. Payment records are kept by the processor for tax and accounting.
Your choices
Retiring your entry takes it off the board. For anything else — a copy of your data, a correction, a deletion — email contact@instantindexnow.com and we will sort it out within 30 days.
Age
OUTRANKED is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
